From a nightmare I awake

Full panic, speedy heartbeat

Short, shallow hacked breath

A soft purr, purr

Answers my anxiety attack

All is well, calm down

Purr, purr 

Have a few sips of water

It will ease you now

Purr, purr

The knot in my stomach 

Unrolls itself

Breath in, breath out

Follow my purrs

Purr, purr

Slowly, so slowly

My breathing slows down

Gets some depths

Purr, purr

So do my heart beats

There you are

It was but a dream

Purr, purr

I will leave you now
