Napowrimo #7
The garden of earthly delights
Blueberry, blackberry, strawberry
They are all there the fruits of the earth
Cherries and pomegranate too
All to be savoured by the masses
Let them eat the cherries
And spit the stones in your faces
For pride it is sign
Let them gorge on the strawberries
And greed it shows by not sharing
On such delicacy
Eating together a luscious pomegranate
Was sure a flag of lust
Even the apple of sinful reputation
Is here in the garden of earthly delights
If you enter this garden
Choose carefully your sin
You might have to gorge
On it for a long time
For tomorrow is like today
And fruits are always in abundance
In this garden with no seasons.
