We keep up with the traditions
Sixth of January
And down go the Christmas decorations
It's a bitter sweet moment
As I am alone in this case
We put them up together
At the start of December
With our favourite baroque music
After a year it's always a pleasure
To rediscover the tree ornaments
It brings back lots of memories
Of past Christmases
Of handmade gifts
Therefore all the more precious
Putting them away in boxes
Packing them once again
To be forgotten for another year
Everything is waiting
Ready for the next holidays.
